Once orders are placed in our system it is not possible for us to charge you for any items you want to add to the order therefore, we cannot add any items to the order once it has been placed.

If you would like to cancel items in your order, we can try to organize this for you until the point the order has been picked and packed by our dispatch team which is usually the same business day. If we cannot cancel the item for you, please return it to us as per our returns policy.

Please remember that all refunds take about 3-5 business days to process depending on your financial institution.

If you wish to exchange your item, we can offer an exchange in different sizes for the same item only. For extra exchange (more than 1 times), there will be extra fee occurs at 50 Thai baht per item.

For exchanges, the customer will be responsible for the shipping cost to return the pieces, but we will cover the shipping cost to send back your new product. All exchange items must be returned to us within 7 days of receipt.

Sale items are not eligible for refunds, unless the item/s received are faulty or not as ordered. If a full-priced item has a promotional code applied to it, it can still be returned for a refund unless specified under the terms of the promotion. In the absence of any fault or error, items that are purchased as Final Sale cannot be returned.

A Cold machine wash with like colors. Do not use bleach as it may discolor the fabric. Do not dry clean. Do not heat wash. Simple washing detergent is sufficient. If there are spot stains, stain removing agents may be used, but do not soak for extended periods of time.

SParms is not designed for the sea or pool. It’s fine to get wet but we don’t recommend wearing in the pool as the chemicals can quickly deteriorate the fabric. Unlike swim wear SParms have been made with a super lightweight fabric to ensure maximum comfort
